Get To Know

The Farm and Market in Clarenville is a non-profit, community enterprise run by a group of dedicated volunteers. We envision a Province where people purchase the majority of their summer seasonal crops and complementary food / craft products from local sources.

Success will be realized when obesity and diabetes are in decline, tourism in rural NL is growing and rural area farms and adjacent markets are thriving, and in harmony.

Our major contributors to the cause: The Clarenville Inn; The Ability Employment Corporation; Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency; Provincial Dept. of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development; Town of Clarenville; and the St. John’s Farmers Market.
